MR. WILLIAM OTIS "BILLY' STEELE

Mr. William Otis “Billy” Steele, age 75 of Cave Spring, passed away Saturday, January 19th at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Mr. Steele was a native of Cherokee County and was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Hindman, Rev. Brett Clements and Frank Crane officiating. Burial will follow in Old Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Matthews Steele; son, William (Felisa) Steele, Jr of Silver Creek, GA; daughters, Judy Vines of Cave Springs, GA, Brenda (Bert) Hines of Summerville, GA, Donna (Jerry) Hanson of Cave Springs, GA and Gina Dobbs of Leesburg; sister, Ann (Bear) Hulsey of Rock Run; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.



Mr. Steele was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Sisson and grandson, Allen Steele.



Mr. Steele was the son of the late Otis Bale and Lillian Corene Bartlett Steele.
