According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, on Friday Jan.18, 2013 at around 4:30 pm, deputies arrested 56-year-old Delbert Allen Wooten of a Fort Payne, Ala.address.

Wooten was arrested and charged on a warrant for Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of Place of Residence and is currently being held at the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond pending.
