Mrs. Joan Elizabeth Crowe, 73 of Cedar Bluff passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at her residence. Mrs. Crowe was a native of Rome, and was a member of the Nazarene Church.

Funeral services were held Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Brian Scoggins officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beacon of Hope; P.O. Box 2703; Holland, MI 49422. Perry Funeral Home directing. www.perryfuneral.net.

Survivors include sons, Cary Scoggins of Elijay, Geo., Steve Scoggins of Rossville, Geo. and Brian Scoggins of Pullman, MI; daughters, Andrea Barton of Surgoinsville, Tenn., and Melissa Webb of Rogersville, Tenn., 28 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Crowe was the daughter of the late Raymond Lee and Willie Mae Caylor Martin.
