The Tiny Tykes Music Time is held at the Cherokee County Public Library from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
The Recipe Club meets to swap recipes at Cherokee County Public Library from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Cherokee County Commission meets at 5 p.m. in the Cherokee County Courthouse. The work session begins at 4 p.m.
In high school basketball action, Sand Rock plays at Cedar Bluff beginning at 5:30 p.m., Asheville plays at Cherokee County beginning at 6 p.m. and Spring Garden plays at Springville beginning at 6 p.m. (girls only).
