Cherokee County Commission Chairman/Probate Judge-elect Kirk Day will be sworn in this Sunday, Jan. 13, at 3 p.m., in the Cherokee Courthouse. Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore will administer the oath of office.

A reception will follow in the Cherokee County Administration Building.
